Hello, my name is Shanice, and I am the owner of Niece's Pieces and Designs. This journey into stones, jewelry, and other mediums of expression has always existed inside of me, but did not start to find an outlet until I    was about 21. I have found myself living out of a camper in Idaho with my family and attending a Music festival having the time of my life! There was a gentleman there setting up his booth full of stones, wire wrapped jewelry and just incredible specimens. I had no clue how to get there, but it was this experience that made me realize that this is what I    wanted to do with my life. I was working on some macramé, making necklaces out of jewelry I       had torn apart and rebuilt to fit onto these necklaces I    was making. He wanted to learn the macramé, I    wanted to learn to wire wrap. We spent a day sharing talents and techniques. He sent me off with a bag of tumbled stones and some wire. This is where I    began my journey into wrapping stones, exploring how they are created, and how we can work with them.
